Dr. Kristen Padilla is Director of the Baylor Center for Disability and Flourishing, where she leads interdisciplinary training, research, and community outreach to support individuals with disabilities. She holds degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and Baylor University and is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Her work focuses on behavioral assessment, autism spectrum disorder, and she has contributed to numerous state and federal grant initiatives supporting children with ASD, their families, and the professionals who serve them.
